Don't Be a Sour Betty

Brewer’s Notes:
Gose is a sour style beer that has a salty & tart flavor that is usually fruited. Kettle soured with a variety of Lactobacillus strains to sour the beer. Lime, mango & blackberry puree are added post-fermentation.

Brewer’s Highlights:
A Pink Himalayan Sea Salt & Kosher Salt were used to sour the beer, as well as, the lime, mango & blackberry fruit
