This refreshing beer is crafted in the classic German Weissbier style, offering a soft, approachable wheat profile with naturally occurring notes of banana and subtle spice—perfect for savoring any time of year.
Brewer’s Highlights:
We start with a traditional Weissbier brewing method, combining 2-Row Barley, wheat, malt, and Caramalt to create a rich, layered base. The addition of Citra hops adds a gentle citrus brightness, while our house Munich yeast naturally brings forward delicate banana and spice aromas. The result is a balanced, flavorful wheat beer that celebrates both tradition and our local flavor.
