We did it!
Thank you to everyone who came out for the 2026 Cheers to Irish Beers Launch Party. What a great night! The Mulligans were incredible, as always, and we are so grateful for the partnership with them over the last few years at all of our locations.
Things were given away, passports were stamped, John and Hannah roamed the building and a good time was had by all!
Obviously, we went through a lot of Guinness, Reuben Rolls, and all of your Irish favorites that kept stomachs full and thirsts well quenched. Rory was on a mission to give out as many blue soccer ball stamps as possible to “Kick off” our Passport to Ireland so, if you received one of those, please remember that they are good for an extra entry into our drawing. If you missed the event, never fear! There is plenty of time to get your stamps and enjoy a Guinness, Harp, Smithwicks or Magners!
Kenny’s new brew, Stout-Standing, has hit the tap lines and we will be partnering with Romolo’s Chocolates to create some fun rims to add a little pizzazz to an already great beer. (I’m not going to lie, I may have had a freshly carbonated stout for breakfast last week and it was delicious).
The next “What’s the Frequency, Kenneth?” will be on shortly. This time it will be a delicious golden ale, think Kona Big Wave. As Kenny continues to try out and play with new flavors, you don’t want to miss the chance to try one of his small batch brews. The best way to do that is by joining our Thursday night “Pint Pass,” which is our Mug Club. Thursday nights are for craft beer and then on top of “Pint Pass" from 8-10pm, we have $5 Guinness. I would be remiss if I didn’t tell you that Thursdays are the Brewery's favorite night of the week.
Thursdays we will also be hosting the Golden Knight podcast. Check them out as they talk about all things Gannon University, and even do a “dish of the day” featuring one of our delicious menu items.
Both the Brewery and Restaurant are firing on all cylinders at the moment! More of our flagships are being brewed every day, and this April we will launch another seasonal release, but more on that in March. The Irish menu will be with us for the next few months and for Lent we will have some meat-free features for those of you who are looking for some vegetarian options.
In the meantime, we continue to promise to give you our best up here. Delicious food, cold beer, and customer service that is friendly and efficient. I continue to be amazed and grateful for the loyalty of our customers. Thank you for choosing us time and time again. We will see you soon.
